Anti-Rain & Anti-Fog Installation Instructions
Step 1
Be sure to have a clean area with a soft surface to work on. A large cotton bath towel or hand towel will provide a scratch free place for you to work on your visor. Remove your visor from your helmet, following your helmet manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 2
Remove any pinlock accessories already installed in your visor.
Step 3
Thoroughly clean both sides your visor. Start with mild soap and warm water, dry thoroughly. Then clean the visor again using an appropriate visor cleaner or glass cleaner that won’t harm your visor. Thirdly, use the alcohol prep pad provided to remove any cleaning residue if needed and then wipe the visor completely dry with a new, clean, lint free cloth.
Step 4 Anti-Fog Application
Find the Package Labeled “Anti-Fog Treatment”. On the packaging there will be a checkmark in the box confirming which treatment you have. Remove the protective film on the visor treatment (labeled 1) by pealing the film off. Do not touch the exposed visor treatment surface with your fingers, hold the visor treatment at the edges. Apply the visor treatment to the inside of your visor, starting at the center of the visor and then working the visor treatment down on each side. Once applied, remove protective film (labeled 2).
Step 5 Anti-Rain Application
Find the Package Labeled “Rainproof Membrane”. On the packaging there will be a checkmark in the box confirming which treatment you have. Remove the protective film on the visor treatment (labeled 1) by pealing the film off. Do not touch the exposed visor treatment surface with your fingers, hold the visor treatment at the edges. Apply the visor treatment to the exterior of your visor, starting at the center of the visor and then working the visor treatment down on each side. Once applied, remove protective film (labeled 2).
Step 6
Using a clean, lint free cloth, wipe the visor to remove any fingerprints and reinstall on your helmet, following your helmet manufacturer’s instructions. Ride Safe!
